Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness consists of 60-minute sessions that are designed around the philosophy of moving participants into the Orange Zone, creating “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC which helps burn calories after each workout. The sessions are guided by an instructor, and include three components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing and weight room or resistance training blocks. All fitness levels are welcome, and various membership packages are available.
