Heartland Dental Care to Locate at Streets of St. Charles

Cullinan Properties, Ltd., announced today that Heartland Dental has signed a lease and will be opening at the new Streets of St. Charles mixed used development this summer. Heartland Dental Care organization; the leading full-service state-of-the-art family dental practice in the United States has decided to name this location after the development – “The Streets of St. Charles Dental”. The development, located at South Fifth St. and I-70, in St. Charles/Metro St. Louis, is currently delivering spaces to all of its phase one tenancy.

“Streets of St. Charles Dental, is a great addition to our already strong line-up of tenants at this one-of-a-kind development,” states Lee Wolfson, Vice President of Leasing for Cullinan Properties. “Heartland Dental operates in 19 states with more than 300 locations, and employing over 3,000 staff members and more than 400 dentists.”

Upon completion, The Streets of St. Charles will total more than 1,000,000 sq. ft. with uses such as retail, restaurants, entertainment, office, hotel, and residential. The initial Phase I building, which opens this Spring, is a three-story structure of approximately 100,000 square feet. Joining St. Charles Dental in Phase I on the ground floor will be Tucanos Brazilian Grill, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, and MassageLuXe. The upper levels include offices for Wamhoff Financial Planning and Accounting Services, Brown, Smith, Wallace, Cole & associates, and a fashion & culinary institute.
